Always Something There to Remind Me
Thursday night was the last bible study and Friday night was the End of the Year Banquet, probably the saddest thing ever. Here are some highlights.
This year’s amazing Interns. I love them so much. I’m going to really miss them.
It was our last night as Branch Barks, a title we’ve held since our last EOYB. We served the food, but at the end of the night it was next year’s BBs that cleaned up. We’ve been through so much this year, from arguing at the leadership retreat, to speed dating to get to know each other, starting a revolution and making t-shirts to match, cleaning up after everything, and now we’re off to Globalscope.
How cool were our amazing centerpieces? They were on every table!
Becky and Jesse’s intern speeches made me cry. Jesse looked every branch bark in the eye atleast once. That’s what got to me. Becky mentioned our speed-dating and our Awkward Small group, and it makes me so sad that she’s leaving. She’ll be in Puebla though, and Globalscopers will get to be with her.
Aside from all that, here are some great pictures of some amazing people!
The most amazing (Awkward) small group ever! Becky, Kerry, Audrey, Jill, and I. We’re wearing our amazing “Start a Revolution” shirts!
The amazing Becca, Kerry and I at the EYOB! Note our stylish CCF nametags.
Chris and I all dressed up at the EYOB.
Alan Kemper, an amazing influence on all of us. We’re really sad that he’s leaving us.
Chris, Owen, and yummy CCF brownies that I will miss so much while in Thailand!
It was pretty much amazing. I am so glad that I got to see everyone, but I’m also going to miss everyone once I’m in Thailand, especially those who will not be here when I get back. I love you all! Keep in touch!

Six hours of speeches culminating in a fantastic slide show, was a great EYOB. I’m going to miss the interns, hopefully they will come around next year.
