Happy Easter!
I have definitely found my new favorite book! It was a gift from my parents for my birthday, which is actually this Wednesday, and a book that I’ve been looking for for quite some time.
Because I really can’t wait, I’ve already started bookmarking pages and looking up prices online.
I went home this weekend for Easter. It was a great break from school, except that I did have things to do and I accidentally forget them in my dorm room. On Saturday, Sara and Kevin came over and we had a great steak and potatoes dinner for my birthday. Sara brought two books on Thailand that belonged to her roommate. Now my travel book collection consists of 1 Peru book, 2 Thailand books, 1 Southeast Asia book, and 1 Thai phrases book. I’m nearing overkill.
I was inducted into Sigma Iota Rho, the International Affairs Honor Society, on Thursday. Aside from that, nothing really exciting is happening. These final 3 weeks of school will probably be like nightmares. I have a lot going on with PURA, tests, presentations, and battling the fact that I just don’t want to do any school work at all.
I turn 20 on Wednesday, April 19th. I find this terribly upsetting as it means that I will no longer be a teenager. I have been a teenager for 7 years now and I’ve become rather comfortable with that title. Feel free to comfort me in the form of hugs.
i’ll comfort you in the form of hugs
MEEPER!!! INTERNET HUGS () (those are sposed to be arms).
I’m sorry you didn’t get any work done this weekend. I love you!!! I will be home in 30 days to give you a hug because you aren’t a teen anymore. It will be ok, cuz you are technically an adult, but you still don’t have any real responsibilities!!! YAY!! Enjoy it!! Have a great birthday and I love you!!!!
dude, you’re almost 20!!! you’re soooooo OLD!
Breaking 2 decades isn’t bad at all, just think, car insurance will begin to drop, you will start seeing more responsibility in life, taxes will start to eat into your income, oh and you’ll soon be looking for a real job! You’ll be just fine turning 20, we need to do something special for both of our birthdays though, love you.
